    Just a quick question:

I'm recording my audio through a mic into a minidisc, and it's giving great results.

However, some scenes I'm wanting to use two mics, and was wondering if anyone knows of any battery driven mixers which are available to run 2 mics through. I could always use 2 minidiscs or another recording device, but that just seems too much like extra luggage.

    Any thoughts?

If you just need two MONO mics, you could use a 2MONO1/8" to one STEREO 1/8" adapter and plug it right into the minidisc.

I know MiniDisc can be odd when recording leaving one track empty can lead to "Noise." So it would be best to try to keep both tracks full, either way. Good Luck

your mic input should be stereo. use a "Y" to "stereo" wire. or, use a stereo mic.
